Agreement and operator
These Terms are an agreement between you and Affintech LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, the operator of nimboo. By creating an account or using nimboo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. Contact info@affintech.com with questions.
Accounts and eligibility
nimboo is an 18+ community by product policy. The approved Terms, version 1.0.0, formalize eligibility, including any applicable location-specific rules. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly report suspected account misuse.
Using nimboo with care
People are expected to follow the Community Guidelines, respect room boundaries, protect sign-in details, and avoid harassment, threats, exploitation, scams, spam, impersonation, restriction evasion, and illegal activity.
Your content and conversations
People remain responsible for what they choose to share and must have the rights and permission needed to share it. Room visibility, direct-message settings, protected media controls, and blocking help shape an audience, but no control is presented as a guarantee of complete safety or secrecy.
Moderation and appeals
Room teams may apply local expectations and available room tools. nimboo may act when conduct breaks applicable rules. A report raises a concern without guaranteeing an outcome; when an outcome is eligible for appeal, the signed-in Safety centre shows the option.
Coins and gifts
nimboo coins are a closed-loop, in-platform virtual balance with no cash value. They cannot be bought, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged, and are not cryptocurrency or an investment. The user-facing wallet and in-platform gifts are still in development and are not offered as released features.
Service availability and changes
nimboo is an early-access service. Features can change, pause, or be removed, and live voice calls are not part of the initial release. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will use reasonable care in operating the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using nimboo and request account deletion. Affintech LLC may restrict, suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, the Safety centre provides an appeal route.
Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for your conduct and content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nimboo is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable rules of Sharjah Media City, without limiting mandatory rights that apply where you live. Material changes will use a new version and effective date and may require renewed acceptance.
